Abstract

Correction of a misprint in the manuscript.

There is a misprint in Eq. (2) describing the correction term of the grating in Ref [1]. This equation should correctly read as:

R (ω) = \frac{2 π}{d} [(L_{2} + L_{4}) \sin β_{3} + L_{3} \sin (β_{5} - α_{w})],

The authors regret the error, which do not affect any of the numerical results presented later in the paper.
