Rx DSP Algorithm for Transceiver IQ Imbalance Compensation in Coherent Optical OFDM System

Abstract

Receiver side DSP algorithm based on jointly GSOP and skew-compensation scheme is proposed to compensate transceiver IQ imbalances in DFT-S OFDM system. Verification of transceiver IQ imbalance compensation in optical OFDM systems is successfully demonstrated for the first time.
