Nonlinear Optics of Quantum Anti-Dots in Bulk GaAs

Abstract

Nanometer-size arsenic clusters distributed throughout MBE-grown GaAs quantum-confine excitons exterior to their volume. We observe transport-assisted nonlinear optical mixing based on the electro-optic and transport properties of GaAs:As.
